We are doin our 3 a day training and last wednesday we got to go on a 7 mile hike through this place called El Dorado Canyon which was so beautiful and I will be posting pics when I get the pics from one of the girls on my school. We got our Daily schedules and our we start at 5:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and then Wednesday we have our group activity and weekends we have off. But through out the week we are training 3 times a day, morning is plyometrics mid day is strength training and afternoon is conditioning.
